Design a modern market place website that enables parents to buy and sell pre-owned luxury baby gear. The sites core functionality should give sellers the ability to easily submit items to Stroller Store to certify and to list for sale on the site. Buyers should have the ability to make an offer to buy an item.
We had 2 user flows on which we focused the most. First flow is where a user creates a listing to sell baby gear. Second flow is where a user bid on some product. Both flows were unusual so we wanted to make them as simple as possible. And, we decided to conduct user tests, check user tests section
In the user tests stage, we wanted to validate the idea of the baby gear marketplace with potential customers. We conducted about 20 user tests and tested 2 flows: - Create listing user flow - Make a bid flow. We received good feedback which helped us to improve interface.
