To build innovative recruiting online marketplace platform to connect employers with HR companies for searching the best employees. The main goal was to create the best matching candidates algorithm.
We made an algorithm where an employer creates a survey. Each question has different types of answers (radio button, multichoice, slider, text field). Each answer has a different mark. If a candidate chose an answer which has suitable criteria for job vacancy he will get the highest mark. The algorithm counts all answers and matches the best candidate for an employer.
We built mailing system which allows employers and HR companies to keep in touch and get updates about candidates. Employer gets an email when system has matched candidates. Through email, he can change status of a candidate (in review / interview / approved / declined). Whenever status is changed HR gets an email update. If the process is delayed, the mailing system notifies both participants to take some action.
The Interface separated into different roles. Employers can see updates regarding candidates. HR managers and employees can apply for relevant jobs
